Every time I get in a relationship with someone I tell them “listen, you gotta keep me away from coca cola. I don’t know what it is but I will drink it till I’m sick if someone doesn’t stop me.”

That’s kind of the real marker for me that I’m in love with someone. I trust them to keep me away from coca cola, and I trust myself to heed their words, to listen to them when they tell me not to do something.

Anyway…

there’s a commercial jingle from coke i’ve never actually heard first person. I know of it from a reference in an old british radio show I used to listen to as I fell asleep.

“ice cold coke at the back of my throat, singin hello summer time, it’s the real thing!”

that’s one thing you can say about me for sure: love a coca cola !

Maybe I’ll never be truly alright but it’s fine. I have an interesting life, and coca cola is eternal.
