Azizam is a term of endearment that can be used to address anyone at all.

Most of my audience and supporters know that I chose my middle name for myself.

Aziz

Apparently it is one of the ninety nine names of Allah (SWT), and can mean “all powerful”. I didn’t know any of that when I chose it though, all I knew was that the name Aziz most often means “beloved”.

I heard it a lot growing up, it was a nickname my mom gave my dad. I want so desperately to be loved that I made it my very name!

The punch line is, when someone does try to love me, I do my best to reject or destroy it.

Nasakenai.

Astaghfirullah.

I was always, always far too quick to say the L word hahaha.
